We start with a short paid discovery. We read the code, talk to the people who use it, and write down what you need. Discovery ends with a fixed scope, a price, and a date.

Work arrives in small steps on a branch you can see. You get a running deployment early and a written update each week, so you can check progress yourself instead of taking our word for it.

Every deploy goes through the same pipeline. The handover includes the infrastructure, the runbook, and the reasons behind the design, not only a repository.

A fixed support period follows launch, and a retainer is available if you want one. Either way, you own the code, and its documentation is good enough to hand to another developer.
